Personalized training is the best way to focus on the muscles groups in your body to build strength, endurance and flexibility. Weight training is a great way to define the curves of a woman’s body. If bulk is what you desire, that can be worked on as well but “bulking up” as a woman is typically not the end goal. Building defined, sleek and toned muscles is the basis of my program. The facility I train out of is a small private gym but I can also come to your home as well as discuss other gym options. Gym costs are separate from training fee’s. I ask for a monthly commitment so my prices reflect the same.
