Personalized training is the best way to focus on the muscles groups in your body to build strength, endurance and flexibility.  Weight training is a great way to define the curves of a woman’s body.  If bulk is what you desire, that can be worked on as well but “bulking up” as a woman is typically not the end goal.  Building defined, sleek and toned muscles is the basis of my program.  The facility I train out of is a small private gym but I can also come to your home as well as discuss other gym options.  Gym costs are separate from training fee’s.  I ask for a monthly commitment so my prices reflect the same.

Group Options

Weight training with a small group is also highly effective as you are able to help and push each other with the overall guidance of a trainer.  Group sessions vary in price depending upon the size of the group, ideally I recommend a group of 2 or 4 for it to work best.  Cost of a group session will range depending upon the size of the group but typically group sessions are more affordable for each individual as discounts are applied as the group number increases.

Remote Options

If location prevents you from working with me, but you are still seeking my services, I am happy to design a program that works for you.  Technology is a wonderful thing and it enables us to communicate both visually and verbally in nearly any setting.  Accountability is the basis of any successful program and I am here to help and support your goals.  Let’s put our heads together and design a remote program that works to reach your goals and I will be there with you every step of the way.
